Question TV to Bose system

I have a new 65” Samsung TV 65" Q70A QLED 4K Smart TV and an old Yamaha Amp RX-V461 which doesn’t have any HDMI sockets. Now my amp is connected to a Bose Accoustimass 10 Series IV system and I would like to know if I can push sound from the TV through to the Bose system. is there some connection that will enable me to do this or do I need to buy a new amp with HDMI connections?
I think the TV has an optical out and the Yamaha amp has an optical in, if that helps.
