Solved! Both my HP laptop and Logitech wireless keyboard have the same keys not functioning properly, unless presses with another key

How does both laptop keyboard and wireless keyboard lose the same keys and how do I fix it / prevent it from happening again?

If it is happening on both attached and external keyboards, you can try updating your drivers and see if that resolves it. However, if that doesn't fix it, and you didn't change any of the settings for the keyboard (to change what keys do what), then it is likely a problem on the motherboard.
