Question brand new 80inch samsung tv and huge disappointment

Hello,
just bought samsung 80 tv and i cant run single movie from my NAS, neither video and audio is supported. and older samsung tv was fine... so far i tried plex and i do not have enough gpu to transcore 4k.... any solutions?

Get an external player like a Roku that may work with the file formats you have. You can't add support for files to a TV without a firmware update.

Actually the fact that H.265 was used may be an issue with the Roku media player also, I don't know if it supports that. I use H.264 because it has a lot more support in devices.

Yes I said that it may not support H.265, will need to check on the specs of the external players to see if any of them do.
