brand new asus x541s laptop randomly turns off (already taken 1 back !)

hi all , i have a brand new asus x541s laptop .The problem i have is that when half way through a task ,be it on the net or otherwise ,the laptop just turns its self off ?
This is the second asus x541s as the 1st did the same thing ? Any help would be great ,thanks.
....i would like to add this is not all the time seems to happen randomly and not every day ???

Have you tried checking the laptops temps to see if that is part of your problem? I would try installing a program like "Speedfan" or something similar and see what the temps are when doing different things. Especially before/when it turns off.

Ok great , I'll give speed fan a bash and see what happens , thanks for the advice .
