Brand New HP Laptop Creating Scratching like Sound

I have received my HP Pavilion 15-e047sa core i5 laptop last week. The laptop is great, BUT I can hear a scratching like sound all the time since its first run which really worries me. It's hard to describe the sound but I am guessing it may be from the hard drive. Because the sound gets bit louder when there is more task going on. Please suggest what to do. Should I send it back or can be fixed with some software upgrade? I have included a link of the sound from the laptop which I recored using my cellphone. 🙁

Its most likely the hard drive, mechanical hard drives to make noise but if its really loud then that hard drive might be failing.
