Brighten my screen

Hello, the screen on my tablet has gone very dark even though the brightness is turned right up. There is a brighter line along the bottom of the tablet but the rest is dark

Hi,

There's limited troubleshooting step you can do about a tablet. First, is to do a hard reboot with it, press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds or until it shuts off completely. Next, if the same problem will persist is to do a factory reset with it. if these steps will not work I would suggest contacting the manufacturer for a repair if it's still under the factory warranty.
