Broken laptop hardware

hello...i don't know what happen with my laptop.i just buy this laptop about 1 years ago.about 7 months i use this ladtop, suddenly my screen ladtop has colourful part like broken cd.can this broken be repaired and how much the cost to repairs this ladtop

is it out of warranty already? I mean when LCD broke 7 months down the road why not contact the tech support and have them fix it, instead of waiting other 5 months...

Warranty does not cover physical damage unless you payed extra for accidental damage protection.
