Solved! broken power button

Solution
Use a stick pin or small sharp object to pull back the power button as much as you can off the switch so it will stop looping, tape it from there. Refer to the manual to locate the NOVO button which will allow you to turn the device on.

Novo button is either a small button or pinhole with a backwards arrow icon next to it resembling an upside down U that allows you to access the Onekey recovery software.

If the device is in Warranty then set it up for a RMA, if not then refer to Youtube on disassembly videos and replace the Button, The assembly is fairly easy to do since the Button is on a small breadboard of its own and plugged in by a single cable with two screws, Unfortunately you will have to take the entire motherboard out to get...
