Brother printer won't print from desktop but will from iphone

Wireless Brother MFC9340CDW printer will print from my iPhone and iPad but when I try to print from my desktop it prints a blank page with only a gray line at the top

Have you tried connecting to the printer direct (with a cable and not remotely) and seeing if it works then?

I just tried that and it gave the same blank paper with gray on the top.

Have you tried checking for any software updates for that particular device? Should this not help, try going into "Devices and Printers" then right click on the printer. In the list that pops up click "Troubleshoot".

When I loaded the printer, the driver it automatically installed was incorrect. I manually installed the correct driver and it now works!!!!
