BSOD when turning ad adware off

Hello,recently i douwnloaded ad adware and i didn't find it very useful,so i decided to delete it.And when i tried to turn it off i got a BSOD,i didn't thought it was because ad adware but later i find out that every time i turn off ad adware i get blue screen of death,i can't delete it,what to do?

try booting into safe mode and deleting it from there.
