Bttray error unable to start the bluetooth stack serviced

Hello,
I have what fixed my error. I have a Dell XPS l501X, with I5 processor. I was getting bttray unable to start bluetooth stack, error. Also intel my Wifi was not enabled. I attempted several fixes. Finally I stopped Intel my wifi, downloaded new driver from intel, and it is now working.
