Budget Gaming Laptop Suggestions.

Hi guys.

I am thinking of buying a laptop later this year. It's main use is for audio recording and extra sounds and stuff for use with my electric drum kit. Inevitably though i will want to put some games on it as i'll also take it with me whenever i go to visit my parents. When not being used for those things i'll probably use it as a secondary monitor on my PC. The budget is around 300-400 GBP. (500-650 USD) My preffered specs would be:

~12''-15'' Screen (Prefer DVI or HDMI)
Dual Core CPU of some sort (Preferably Core 2)
2-4GB RAM
Nvidia or AMD Graphics (Something that would comfortably play HoN would be perfect. 7800GT is on the reccomended specs.)
>250GB 7200rpm Hard Drive
Battery which lasts a few hours of heavy use
Preferably new but would consider used.

Is it realistic to expect this for £400?
If so, does anyone have any suggestions?

Is the recommended spec on the graphics card a desktop 7800GT?
Did it also list a laptop graphics card in the recommended specs?

To get a laptop graphics card that performs about the same as a desktop 7800GT you'll be needing to look at a ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4670 / HD 5650 or NVIDIA GeForce GT 425M / GT 525M.

I would wait for AMD llano. You're going to see gaming laptops in the $400-500 range

@WR2 It's a desktop 7800GT in the system specs for that game, i can't seem to find the specs for laptops. Thanks for the suggestions.

@patfactor I'm not planning on buying for another 4-5 months or so yet anyway. Presumably it will be out by then?

HD5470 is the best graphics i have been able to find in a <£400 laptop and it still has the 7200rpm HDD with 2GHZ dual core and the full 4GB of RAM. Bit bigger than i hoped but i think i was asking a lot.
