Budget Laptop for 8 & 11 yr olds to play Minecraft

I am NOT computer savvy.
Need actual laptop suggestions.
Would also like to be able to browse web, run Office, etc.
I won't be able to do any fancy configuring myself. Literally want to open the box, turn it on and download Minecraft for them. That's it.
