Budget laptop for school (<$300)

I need a compact laptop to use for school, and I dont have much to spend. I am perfectly fine buying one used or refurbished thats a couple years old off eBay/amazon.
This is what I would like:
>1500 passmark cpu score
Less than 1 inch thick
Screen from 11-14 inches
Upgradable to 4gb ram
4-5 hour battery
Modern styling.

I know this is a lot to ask for for less than $300, but I could really use some help.

Oh, and a touchscreen would be a huge bonus 😀

You want to buy mine? LOL CPU benchmark is only about 1,000 though. I take explicit care of my stuff. Like new, modern styling etc. 14.x inches
