Solution
Between the GoPro cameras and the Panasonic FZ200 you will have more control with the FZ200.
Just found this Panasonic HC-V750 - $599.99
http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1023343-REG/panasonic_hc_v750_full_hd_camcorder.html
"Records Full-HD (1920 x 1080) at 120 fps.* And the Intelligent Frame Creation of the New Crystal Engine Pro+ interpolates to an equivalent of 240 fps,* for smooth slow motion. Switches to slow motion while you touch the icon on the LCD screen during shooting.
*For NTSC area:60/120/240fps"

I understand that but what is your budget range? What is the most you are willing to spend?

Panasonic Lumix FZ200 Digital Camera $428 on Amazon
Video Recording Yes, NTSC
Resolution 1920 x 1080: 60 fps, 30 fps
1280 x 720: 60 fps, 30 fps, 120 fps
640 x 480: 60 fps, 30 fps, 240 fps

Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS30 - $279 at B&H Photo
Video Recording Yes, NTSC
Resolution 1920 x 1080: 30 fps, 60 fps
1280 x 720: 30 fps, 60 fps, 120 fps
640 x 480: 30 fps, 240 fps

There are probably others but in most cases, except in the very high end cameras, the higher the frame rate the lower the resolution.

Hi there I realy appreciate your effort into this.
My budget is 400 - 650$ apx 2200MYR( I live in Malaysia)
I can increase the budget a bit if something is really worthy of that(I hope u understood)
If i can find a cam with 1080p @ 120 that wd be great.

just to ask between go pro hero 3 black edition or silver edition and FZ200 which one worthier? quality/ price wise?

Thank you again for your great help.

I support Gayantha's recommendation for the Panasonic HC-V750 because this camera can shoot 120 fps at full HD or 1920 x 1080 resolution; it also has an option to interpolate between frames, to give a pseudo 240 fps slow motion capture effect.

Another nice aspect of this camera, is it has a comparatively large sensor at 1/2.3 inch; there videos on YouTube demonstrating this camera's slow motion capability.

Sometime between the end of February and the beginning of March, Panasonic will be releasing an Ultra HD (3840 x 2160) version of this camera, the HC-VX87; although it still captures slow motion at full HD (1920 x 1080) and 120 fps, or interpolated frames' 240 fps.

I would recommend waiting until the HC-VX870 is available for purchase, with the hope the price for the HC-V750 drops as retailers may be keen to price down the older model's stocks; then again the price may remain the same? I guess we'll find out - I'm seriously considering the purchase of an HC-V750, and I'm hoping the price will drop.

One gotcha with low cost consumer camcorders, is that the manufacturers release an NTSC (30p) version and a PAL (25p) version; which is silly because HDTVs are all capable of displaying video in NTSC format; these differences are a throw back to the days of analog TV, which should be obsolete. The configuration of cameras as either NTSC or PAL has the draw back that the slow motion frame rate is tied directly to the NTSC or PAL frame rate. Consequently if you buy the "British/European" version of the HC-V750, the slow motion frame rate is not 120 fps but is a slower 100 fps; a 17% reduction in the effective frame rate. To get the optimal slow motion speed, it's best to make sure before purchase, the camera's the NTSC version.
