Hello guys,
i want to buy a new GPU i have $700 but i m confused in GTX 980, GTX 980ti, GTX 970..
i have Core i5 4440
8GB Corsair Vengeance
i know this gonna bottleneck any of those GPUs but i dont know how to spend them ??

Yes but for high end graphics you may be better off to wait a few months for Pascal which is supposed to be very powerful.

If you don't want to wait, the GTX 980 ti is still a solid choice.
If you have a 1080P monitor the GTX 970 would be powerful enough. The i5-4440 is not going to bottleneck it. You need a good quality 500 watt power supply to run it.
 
GTX 980 is too expensive for the performance it offers. I would get a GTX 970 for 1080P, but if you get the 980 ti you can upgrade to 1440P or 4K monitor later on.
