built in Microphone not working with earphones

I have lenovo ideapad 310 with conexant audio drivers!!! Bought in year 2017!!!

]Whenever I connect my earphones to my laptop, the built in microphone of laptop stops working!!! And when I unplug my earphones it starts working again !!! It was all good before!!! At that time I was able to use my earphone and built in mic of my laptop for recording videos!!

Please help me!!!

deactivate automatic driver updates in windows and reinstall the latest audio drivers

choose in record devices of window your built in mic as default record device

Well i updated my audio drivers from lenovo site and in-built microphones are selected as default!!! but it still didn't work with earphones plugged!! By the way I have windows10 pro 64bit!!!

Is it something to do with that!!

did it work before with other headphones?
could be that your current headphones use 4pins and the others just 3pins

eventually you can set windows/audio driver from headset to headphone

I installed the latest drivers and i am still using my 3 stripe earphones that i was using before but the problem is still there!!

i have been using both my in built mic and earphones together!!
But suddenly they don"t work together!!

then it´s a driver thing to set. Maybe jack detection / sensing or similar in the audiomanager of the driver
