One day i turned my TV On and the screen was black but i could hear sound, I Checked it with a flashlight and i can see a picture, so after opening the tv i found this board. ( View: https://imgur.com/a/6s66QWx
)

which I Think is the Power supply board, after visually inspecting it i saw this on the other side ( View: https://imgur.com/a/IZsqKrJ
) and I Think these two guys are responsible for it ( View: https://imgur.com/a/TkUrosT
)

Now my question is, do you guys think this is normal? maybe this part heats up a bit? or is it the part that causes the issue?

Thanks.!

The marks do seem to be due to heat but I don''t think they are abnormal.
If the powers supply board were bad the TV would do nothing at all. Since the sound works and you can see a picture with a flashlight I would guess your backlight isn't working.
You can check with
www.shopjimmy.com
They sell replacement boards and are very helpful.
hmm doesnt this board control the backlight? i highly doubt that all the led strips are burnt.

is there a way i can confirm that the power supply board part that heats up isnt the problem? maybe using a multimeter?
