I've 2 options one is Dell i5577 with Intel Core i5-7300HQ, 256GB SSD, 15.6-inch FHD
Another is Lenovo Y700 with 1TB HDD + 256GB SSD, Intel Core i7 6700HQ, 15.6" Full HD Display

Where are you located?

If you're not bothered about where you want to purchase the laptop from, take a look at these.

I'd pick the ones with a GTX1050Ti/GTX1060 with at least 256GB of SSD and a storage drive to save your works. 16GB would be a good amount of RAM for what you want to do.

It seems that you have provided a lot of details already . I'm wondering why you haven't found the laptop yet (Just kidding)

As you mentioned in your 7th point that you need a laptop for photo editing or for working on videos, I would suggest you go with Dell i5577 (out of your two choices that you have already made) since it has a 7th generation processor which is near about same as the 6th generation of the i7 processor of the other laptop.
