Animation (Adobe Animate, MAYA), Video Editing

minimum 256GB SSD, if hybrid available then more than welcome

I've 2 options one is Dell i5577 with Intel Core i5-7300HQ, 256GB SSD, 15.6-inch FHD
Another is Lenovo Y700 with 1TB HDD + 256GB SSD, Intel Core i7 6700HQ, 15.6" Full HD Display

Laptop with powerful processor and good graphics. I want lag free working

It seems that you have provided a lot of details already :D. I'm wondering why you haven't found the laptop yet :D (Just kidding)

As you mentioned in your 7th point that you need a laptop for photo editing or for working on videos, I would suggest you go with Dell i5577 (out of your two choices that you have already made) since it has a 7th generation processor which is near about same as the 6th generation of the i7 processor of the other laptop.
