buying laptop from websites in European Union (EU)-anyone knows cheap websites?!?

Hi,

I am in a process of buying a student laptop (up to 400 euros). I am from Slovenia and here laptops are ridiculosly overpriced, so i have decided to order it from somewhere else in EU (so I dont have to pay taxes). Can you tell me which countries have the lowest prices, maybe post me some websites? up to now, I browsed mainly on german websites (for example computeruniverse)
