buying new computer 800$ and less

what is the best gaming pc i can buy with 800$? im outside of US

looking at intel 3258 cpu or amd x760 or fx 6300 cpu. the pc should have 8g of 1600 cl9 ram 1.5v and 1tb hard drive.
make sure it has a 500-650w name band power supply so you can add a better gpu. for starters the pc shuld have a 750ti or faster for nvidia and a 260 or faster for amd.
