i changed some permisions settings and now i am denied access to the os drive c:\..
I cant get in to fix it.plz help!!! thanx

You have changed some settings in the group policy that now prevent you from accessing your computer.
The only way to fix this other than to reinstall the operating system is to do a manual restore. Check out this web site for instructions on how to do this.
