C:\program\ How can I delete?

I tried just about everything, Unlocker 1.9.2, Mcafee shredder, system rights in cmd, no luck. any help? I made this file on accident through a demo installer that, instead of putting the software into C:\Program Files\SoDDO Technologies\Speedfreak\ it made a new drectory.

Ok. I am working for an indi software dveloper, and I am trying to create a installer. Instead of putting the files into C:\program files\SoDDO Technologies\SPEEDfreak, it made a folder C:\program\. My PC is giving me error messages saying that there is a potential threat in having this file here, so I me attempts to rename, move or delete it. Unfortunately, this folder is denying justg about any modification I attempt.I used MCafee shredder, unlocker 1.9.2 and a few cmd force delete commands. any help anyone?

Try it in Safe mode, or boot into a Linux LiveCD or UBCD.
