C50-B toshiba laptop wont turn on :'(

I was charging my laptop and wait for it to be full, later i noticed the indicator had turned off and when i tried to turn on my laptop it wont start, i tried already removing the battery and connect the laptop to the charger the indicators wont still turn on....
Help me guys pls 🙁((

After removing the battery did you hold the power button down for 30 sec to 60 sec before plugging the power lead back in?
Do you have someone who can check the power lead is supplying the required power

I already tried holding the power button for almost 2 minutes and placed back the battery back and still nothing.
Ill try to ask someone to check the power lead.

does it matter that my adapter has 10 A and the charger only needs 5A?

The easiest answer to you last question is are you using the correct charger that came with the laptop. I could advise you of the UK type:
As below
The output should be 19 volts - 3.42 amps- 65 watts.

Thanks, ill have my laptop first checked by the toshiba shop, i still got the warranty and ill post how it plays out.

I just found this link on line look through the instructions there is a force shut down hole underneath the laptop? you could I assume using a pin to reset the laptop.
