How does it matter what happens to your body after death? It's just a corpse, a lifeless object. I would let them have anything they need as long as it's used for the benefit of someone still alive.

It wouldn't hurt if my relatives received some monetary compensation as well. :)

[citation][nom]Integr8d[/nom]Mandatory organ donations... Gotta love socialists. Not even your body belongs to you..."Your body belongs to society! Forward, my brother. FORWARD!"[/citation]

WTF?!

Gotta love idiots who brings politics into anything, good or bad.

[citation][nom]aftcomet[/nom]Hard to explain, but I could never be an organ donor. The thought of someone else having my organs is just weird. Sure I'm dead and all, but just can't have it. I know it saves lives and all but still. Sorry. I'd rather we search how to replace organs biologically or technologically that need replacement. And to have this story covered a lot on a tech website is also weird.[/citation]

What the hell would you care you would be dead. so what if you die and one of your loved one didn't an oragan and yours was a match but since you didn't donate it goes completely go to waste.

[citation][nom]TomsGuide[/nom]The state of California's organ donor registry has seen a more than 5000 percent percent boost since the new feature went live.[/citation]
That's a lot of percent percent people donating!
