hmm. I've never seen Pedo bear breach outside the internet, usually when someone posts the pedo bear, it is a Flag that there's either some CP going on in here, or potential CP, or request for CP. The officer is correct, it is a flag for pedophiles but its used more of a mark of lolz than a mark of pride.
