Looks awful. CoD died for me with MW2 and this doesn't do much to regain any of my former interest.

The developers specifically stated that they would have dedicated servers in a preview video at IGN (Whilst slightly smirking), I think the dudes at Treyarch dislike infinity ward (or what it was, anyway).
