Camerica (Micro Machines) horizontal hold issue

Just picked up a couple of Camerica games (the Fantastic Adventures of
Dizzy & Micro Machines). Both carts initially seemed to have video
issues (glitchy with the switch in position A), but, after a few times
flipping the switch (and having them in and out of my front-loader
console), they seemed to be fine (with the switch in position A). The
only issue I still seem to be having is with Micro Machines. I notice
that at random times (sometimes in menus, sometimes during gameplay,
and never really consistantly except in track 3) in the center few
horizontal rows of the screen, the horizontal hold goes wacky. I
thought it was my RF cable (seems like an RF issue), but, I use that
cable for every system I have, and with every other system & even every
other NES game in this console... flawless. I am sitting on a menu
screen right now (for 15-20 minutes) & no trouble.

Anybody else had this problem? It's a minor annoyance, and I have
tried cleaning the cart (which I didn't figure would help) and that
made no difference. Maybe I am expecting too much (being unlicensed and
all), maybe it's just buggy? However, since Dizzy works just fine, and
since this Micro Machines game is super rad, I'm banging my head
against the wall trying to resolve it. If someone else could tell me
that theirs does this as well, at least I could sleep again =). Any
other suggestions?

Thanks

Yeah, Camerica games have some issues, but most of their titles are A+.
It's just a double edged sword, I guess.

I believe it's normal. Mine does it too.
