can a 901 series IV equalizer work with 901 series III speakers?

I have 901 Series III speakers but no equalizer. Can I use a Series IV Equalizer with my Series III speakers.

Yes you can. May not be exactly the same but much better than nothing. You really need EQ on Bose 901s.
