Can a Blackberry Z10 run Android Apps?

I followed instructions to load android apps onto my BB Z10 via my pc... my phone stopped working and needed a software upgrade to come right... Is it reqally possible? I dont want to do this again if its just a story...

Sell the Z10 and get an Android device!
If you need BBM, get from the playstore.
There you go, you have a device with BBM and it can run Android apps.
