Can a NVIDIA GeForce 740M 2GB DDR3 be put into a hp beats 15 p030nr laptop

I have an HP 15 Beats P030NR laptop and I am wondering if I am able to put the NVIDIA GeForce 740M 2GB DDR3 graphics card into this laptop. (At the moment I have radeon graphics and an AMD A8 processor)

no, and no. There are no new video card options for that hp laptop, and the hp laptop has no ability to use a razer core. Your only option is a new laptop.
