Can a smart Watch take over your life?

Wondering what people think about the fact that they have almost no escape from their phones when they are wearing a smart watch? I don't know if I love the idea that I will always know if I have a notification the second it happens because my wrist will vibrate. Makes me feel too dependent on my phone Let me know what you guys think

Yes,there is no doubt that we are depending on the Online services and without them our life is just like travelling on bullock cart.

Most people have no escape from their phones because they have to check their phones every other minute. I'm not sure that smartwatches will make it worse. At least I can look at a smartwatch and know with a quick glance that my notifications aren't important and go back to normal life really quick.

But hey, some people are just addicted to screens!
