Can AMD A 10 5800k run Insurgency?

Insurgency is a game in the steam store. I have a Amd A 10 5800k APU. And it is helped by some RipjawZ 8gb 24 ram. I know it can run it but I want to know what fps I can get with this on what settings. Another question for the future you can help me with is, what is a good graphics card that can crossfire with this well?

I have a 5800k running with a radeon 6870 and I play insurgency at about 50-80fps on max settings depending on the situation. But I don't know how it would run with only the APU.
