if you have the serial no,. quickly report it to the police they are the source where pawn shops and eBay tracks serial numbers of device to prevent stolen items to be sold.

as for Ip, if someone steals it the Ip of the device will change according to what they are connecting and where they are connecting to.
as for the mac address, that is fishing for a a fish in an ocean of fishes and most are behind glass aquarium windows where you cannot tell what devices are there so that is a no.

No. you would have needed to install a tracking app before it was stolen in order to attempt to track it.

You can track using iCloud if you have integrated account with it while first time setting up your laptop. iCloud has its own anti-the tool that lets you track your Apple devices
Use "find my iPhone " icon to go to map interface where you can select your MacBook in the right corner menu.
