Solved! Can anyone recommend a remote desktop tool?

Hi,
We need a remote dektop tool for our IT Department to use to provide technical support.
It needs:
- Chat feature
- The client does not have to authorise the connection, and can't abort it.
- Ideally it would have a mobile app.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Well - I haven't seen all these features in single product.
But separately -

• for chat feature and screen sharing - Skype for Business;
  for complete control without user interaction - Dameware Mini Remote Control.

Skype also does remote control.
I did that just yesterday.

The end user has to authorize/invoke it, though.

And for "can't abort it"...that is impossible. The power button on the front of the PC rules over all.

Try out Teamviewer. I have it and I wasn't disappointed with it. Very useful.
