Can geforce 9300m upgrade to bigger ram

It appears your GPU is not turbocache compatible:

That being said, you can't get more memory. It really won't make much of a performance difference, though, even if you could - the 9300M is a weak chip.

You've got about a 2% chance of that being possible.

The 9300m isn't usually a card you can upgrade. Generally only the midrange and performance models are...about 5% of the time.

It's more than entirely possible you're stuck with the 9300.
