Can GT740M run sc2?

hello, i plan to buy a notebook, just wondering if GT740m can run sc2 and the likes in high setting? (not very high or extreme)

yes thats the one, thank u. i know my question is incomplete, i didnt ask if it can play at high settings at 1920x1080 with no lags, just smooth gameplay. (60fps maybe? is considered as very good?)
my choices here in the Phils are limited, for a laptop, higher than a gt740 would be the gtx series inside gaming laptops like asus g55 and g75, but they are not within my reach, sad to say...

anyway, i plan to buy either the lenovo ideapad z500. (i7 3632QM 2.2ghz, win8, 4gb ddr3, gt740m 2g, 15.6")
or the asus k56 (i just know the exact model #, but its an i7 xxxU series, 8gb ddr3, gt 740m also, 15.6") both are around
USD950=pesos41,800.
