Can I buy this AMD Laptop?

Hey guys, I'm an Intel Desktop User. But due to official reasons, I need a portable PC. I'm looking into AMD series of Laptops. I'm actually new to AMD and don't have that much of an idea. I shorted listed to this laptop: https/www.amazon.in/gp/product/B071RDMPZF/ref=ask_ql_qh_dp_hza

Here are the core features:

AMD Quad-Core A6-7310 APU Processor (2 GHz, up to 2.4 GHz, 2 MB cache)
Windows 10 home 64

4 GB DDR3L-1600 SDRAM (1 x 4 GB)
39.62 cm(15.6) diagonal HD SVA brightView WLED-backlit (1366 x 768)
AMD radeon R4 graphics


Will this laptop work for the following usages?

1) Microsoft Office Work ( Normal Word, Excel and Outlook, Office related )
2) I have 100MBPS Internet, So will 1080p videos run with no lag?
3) Minimal Gaming, Example: ( GTA 5, Counter Strike Global Offensive, COD, Overwatch )
[ It's okay if its in the minimum graphics settings ]
4) Long Term usage,( Will there be any issues with AMD Processors? )
5) Which Intel Processor is this AMD one equivalent to?
6) Can I add one more 4GB RAM in future to increase its RAM? ( It's currently on purchase at 4GB )

The 2500u/2700u apu powered laptops wil be out very very soon, and will crush last gen apu laptops like a bug.
Pricing and exact model specs are not out yet, but expect them within a month or two, if you can wait.

Thats a very very low end laptop. Whats your budget? Also the first 2500u and 2700u apu laptops are/have launched by now and those will just destroy that laptop. For your usecase all the one can do is play 1080p video when you aren't multitasking to heavily.

1)office work sure, it will be slow but workable
2)possible ok depend on what encoder they use
3)no slow cpu/gpu, only 4gb ram
