can i change my nvidia gefocre gt 730M for a better gpu?

my laptop has a good cpu and enough memory but my graphics card pretty much bad so i wanted to know if i could change it to a better one.

Sorry but you can't change the cpu or the gpu of your laptop because they are soldered to the board.

i have read not all of them are soldered on and since its a dedicated card I thought it might be posssible?

the way to find out is find the service manual or open your laptop to see if it soldered. Or at least give us the make and model of the laptop. Just the gpu tell us nothing.

it's an acer aspire v3-571G i took a look at the service manual like you said and there was nothing in there about the gpu and it only mentions the gt640m video card which isn't even the same as mine...

the older version use 640m/630m, but look like is still soldered to the mainboard.
