Can I change my OS from Android to Windows 8 ???

Chipset Mediatek MT6582M
CPU Quad-core 1.3 GHz Cortex-A7
GPU Mali-400MP2
MEMORY 12 GB
RAM 1 GB
When I tried using Change my softwre 8 edition it gave an error

I thionk the "Protected by Manufacturer" means they won't allow the change you want. Looks like you'll have to buy a Windows based device. There are other flavours of Android but some Custom ROMs don't work a well as they say they will.
