can i change OS from Windows 10 to Android marshmallow

I have a bush Eluma B2 8" tablet that was gifted to me i dont like windows 10 on it can i erase windows 10 and install Android Marshmallow insted

You could/can, but it would take quite a bit to accomplish it, could possibly damage the device and would totally void any warranty on it.
