I want to use my Bose bluetooth speaker as an external audio for my Samsung smart tv, model UN55J620DAFZA

If the TV doesn't support BT you can connect a bluetooth transmitter to the audio output of the TV. Check the manual on how to use the output. You may need to turn it on, turn the TV speakers off, and change the audio output type to get it working.
