Can I connect audio cables from lg 65uh7700 tv to bose 3.2.1.

I have a Bose 3.2.1. Surround system and want to connect and LG 65uh7700 tv that only has optic and hdmi inputs. Is it possible? I don't see and audio outputs only hdmi, optic and soundbar.

If this is the back of your Bose, then you would connect an optical cable from the Output of the TV to this input on the Bose.
