Can I connect my Android Mini PC to my Laptop ?

Can I connect my Android Mini PC to my Laptop through USB like we boot Linux live through USB ?

My Laptop also has an Express card Slot and VGA.

Explain in more detail what you are trying to accomplish.

Some mini-PCs have USB input, useful for connecting things like keyboard/mouse or a storage device. Others don't.

The adapter MAY work, but you would also need an HDMI-HDMI coupler since both the mini-PC and the adapter have HDMI male.

It has a mini HDMI port . Right ?

My Monitor has VGA cable coming out from itself with pins on VGA adapter which I will attach to the VGA end of the above adapter . Right ?
Now The HDMI end of this adapter will be attached to the HDMI to Mini HDMI adapter and that will be attached to the Mini PC.

SO, Is it ok now ?

Key word there is should.

If I were you I would buy the mini-PC and go to a local retailer for the adapters. That way, just in case it doesn't work for whatever reason, you can return them and get other ones.

Can I experience Android Mini PC on my Laptop ?
I am planning to upgrade my laptop and fix its problems this month.
Is the Android Mini PC worth it or if I can even experience it on my laptop ?
My Laptop specs : Intel Celeron 900 @ 2.2Ghz w/ 1GB DDR2 RAM w/ 160GB HDD w/ Integrated graphics w/ system running Windows 8 Pro and Linux Ubuntu 12.04 LTS.
Upgrades to perform : Processor, RAM, OS.
My Laptop is running a bit hotter than expected. HDD Temperature recorded by HDD Sentinel : 61 Degree Celsius (current).
I am also planning to buy a Laptop cooling PAD.

So, What should I get ? An Upgrade to this laptop or a Replacement as an android mini pc ?

EDIT : I also want to play some games which I can not play on PC. Mean to say : Many PC games are also released for Android, so I can run them on Android Mini PC ........
