can i connect my laptop which has built in wifi to mu bluray to stream netflix movies

live in the country I have a laptop through att that works like my iphone-it came with a phone number and I am always connected to internet. I bought a Samsung tv and bluray but donot have internet is there a way to tether my laptop to the bluray and stream Netflix movies to tv?

you can connect the laptop directly to the tv and use it as a second monitor. the laptop will have some kind of video output (vga or hdmi usually) and all you need is the right cable/adapter to connect it ti the tv. this way the laptop is the one connecting to netflix which is easy and done through a browser window.

look at the laptop and see what kind of video output it has. does your tv have the same input? if not then you need an adapter or cable with what you need on each end.
