Can i delete system apps that come pre-installed without having my phone rooted

I have a galaxy S3 and my memory keeps filling up to wuick so i need to delete some app

Uninstall rather than delete. Go into Settings>More>Application manager and tap the first app you want to remove. Then you do the following in three stages. Tap Force Stop then Clear cache then Clear data and finally, Uninstall.

You'll see the figures you'll gain - many will be too small to boother about.
