Can I download and install games from Google play store directly to my sd card and how?

I have an LG 3G Verizon, can I download and install games directly on my sd card? How?

Generally can't be done. Android does not support running apps off of the SD card. There are workarounds, but they all require root access.

yes you should have no probem doing that, there are certain apps that will need to be on internal there is no way around those - but a large majority of apps can be installed to the SD card. It should automatically select the SD card once it's installed and mounted, and you should be able to move compatible apps to the card as well in the application manager.
