Solved! Can I download windows on a USB

My laptop needs rebooting so can download windows 8 on a USB
So can you help me. I actually at first removed the battery of the laptop while it was on . so when I tried to turn it on the laptop now is saying needs to reboot.

You should be able to install win 8 on your usb and put it on your laptop if it already had win 8.
