Can I edit video on The Lenovo IdeaPad Z510?

The Lenovo website lists this laptop with integrated graphics; Intel HD graphics 4400. Is this good enough to decently run most video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Sony Vegas, etc)? Also, will this integrated graphics fare well with 3D programs like AutoCADD, Blender, Maya?

Editing is mostly dependent on the CPU/RAM/Hard Drive speeds, a good video card can help with processing outside of that also. The integrated card will run 3D modeling software but not very well, it will have slow movements and slower rendering.
