Can I hardwire a non-laptop charger to my laptop with same voltage or close as possible

Laptop has bat No charger I have a charger but it's not for laptops can it be hardwired into the laptop

No the charger can't be hardwired into the laptop-even if it can be, that might lead to voltage and stability fluctuations and may lead to frying/damage of the motherboard and/or CPU component.
